About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing and established company: you will be working reactively across the North West attending emergency call out jobs for United Utilities. Experience of jetting is essential. Training can be provided to a successful candidate.
This position requires candidates to be on call for shifts six days a week. Applicants will receive one paid rest day each week. The oncall shift is from 16:00 PM to 02:00 AM each day. During this time successful applicants must be able to drive to the depot and collect the vehicle.
Applicants will be paid 70 hours per week (inclusive of one paid rest day)
Location: Bamber Bridge Preston.
Salary: Base up to 45318 per annum (DOE) OTE of 50000 with call outs
Responsibilities but not limited to:
- Investigating any works that need to be conducted.
- Assess any issues and put a resolution in place.
- Use of Jetting machinery to conduct works to ensure safety of public.
- Covering works across the United Utilities network across the North West
Experience and qualifications required for the role:
- Previous experience working within a reactive role is desirable but not essential.
- Drainage knowledge (not essential)
- No more than 6 points on licence.
- Able to use machinery in compliance with safety standards.
- Training will be provided.
