As a Mossy Sales Consultant you will sell New and PreOwned vehicles and products while achieving unit volume quotas gross profit goals and client satisfaction objectives.
This Sales Consultant Position is HOURLY! This is a rare opportunity to join a winning TEAM!
Employees in this position will be paid a base hourly wage at the applicable minimum wage rate up to $25.00 per hour.

What We Have To Offer:
- Rewarding Compensation:Employees in this position will be paid a base hourly wage of $18.00 per hour $20.00 per hour plus Bonuses (if achieved). Bonus amount vary based on performance however are equivalentup to a maximum hourly wage of $25.00 per hour based on individual performance.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Establishing daily weekly and monthly prospecting and sales goals prioritizing and organizing work and productive results and utilizing time effectively.
- Build relationships & create customers for life!!Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
- Be a vehicle expert!Know the ins & the outs of product offerings optional packages & latest technology and aftermarket products and services.
- Perform highquality and professional demonstrationsof new/used vehicles.
- Followup with buyersto ensure referral business.
- Learn to overcome objectionsand thrive in sales situations complying with all company DMV state and federal requirements.
- Directly report to the Sales Managerregarding objectives planned activities reviews and analyses.
- Bring your A Game & positive attitude with you every day!!
- Efficiently closing sales to attain optimal gross profit; properly computing financial aspects of sales transactions.
- Consistently follow up after salesto assure client satisfaction and opportunity for additional sales and more return purchases.
