Job Description

Qualifications and Skills:
- Educational Qualifications:
- A bachelors degree in Education Sports Arts or a related field. A masters degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 35 years of experience in a similar role in an educational setting preferably in an international school environment.
- Experience in managing extracurricular activities organizing events and working with students from diverse backgrounds.
- Skills and Competencies:
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent organizational and timemanagement abilities with the capacity to plan and execute events effectively.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) for interacting with students staff and parents.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Creative and innovative thinking with the ability to design and implement engaging and diverse activities.
- Knowledge of child development student welfare and understanding of the challenges students face in an international setting.
Personal Attributes:
- Enthusiastic and passionate about student development and cocurricular activities.
- High level of interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural and diverse environment.
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to handle conflict or unexpected situations with patience and professionalism.
- Collaborative and teamoriented with a focus on achieving shared goals.
- Commitment to the wellbeing and safety of students at all times.
