Import Export Compliance Manager TCRS#4369
HIGH LEVEL OVERVIEW
Lead the North America Import and Export compliance program for a multinational company ensuring all international transactions meet applicable Customs and Government Agency rules and regulations. This is an individual contributor role based near Tampa Florida.

EXPECTATIONS
Subject Matter Expert on all trade compliance related activities
Create and maintain company wide import and export compliance procedures
Work closely with logistics team to ensure seamless and efficient customs clearance process
Effectively resolve customs clearance issues to minimize the impact to overall supply chain
Respond to internal and external trade compliance inquiries (Brokers CBP PGAs Legaletc)
Stay up to date on import and export compliance regulations changes that impact
Develop Customs Brokers SOP and KPIs
Ability to indirectly lead cross functional partnerships across all levels within the organization
ESSENTIALS
Licensed Customs Broker preferred
Bachelors Degree preferred
In depth knowledge of trade concepts; HTS COO FTA valuation record keeping audit etc.
57 years Trade Compliance experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in MS Office applications specially Excel
