Our client is recruiting for a MarketingApprentice to join their team in Chelmsford.
The Level 3 Multi Channel Marketer apprenticeshipprogramme that we are offering will allow you to kickstart your careerin an industry that is constantly evolving dynamic and transformational.

Role and Responsibilities
Based in our offices on the outskirts ofChelmsford we are looking for people with a passion for Tech and a desire tolearn!
This role will allow you access to all areasof our marketing team. With a focus on Product Website management initially youwill become the driving force for how the company presents their products tothe customer. Coupled with our desire to build excellence within the team andyour drive to learn and develop you will have access to everything required toachieve your Level 3 qualification with permanent opportunities availableafter successful completion of the course.

Imageoptimisation utilising image editing software.
Editing andupdating product information
Performingquality control checks across all site pages
Area of knowledge gained:
Marketingtheory concepts and basic principles such as what marketing is the marketingmix the promotional mix and the difference between each channel.
The businessstructure vision and priorities objectives and how their marketing rolesupports these.
Businesstools used to measure the impact of business objectives the wider environmentand sustainability on marketing activities.
What amarketing plan is how it is built and its purpose.
Theimportance of competitor analysis and how to undertake it.
Brand theorysuch as positioning value identity guidelines and tone of voice.
Createcontent using principles of design and copywriting and how to adapt for onlineand offline mediums e.g. writing digital content for the web compared toleaflets.
Current andemerging technologies software and systems which impact on marketing.
Relevantregulatory and legislative requirements such as data protection GDPR cybersecurity trading laws copyright law Advertising Standards Authority (ASA)for the handling and processing of data and its application.
Principlesof conducting marketing communications in an ethical and diverse manner.
How internalstakeholders work to support the delivery of all marketing campaigns.
Commonmarketing channels cross channel behaviour and how to manage and operate anintegrated campaign using online and offline channels.
How to briefand manage external marketing suppliers.
Adaptcommunications for appropriate stakeholders and internal audiences.
Theprinciples of content marketing and content creation.
Budgetmanagement and how to measure return on investment (ROI).
The metricsfor the delivery and evaluation of marketing activity
Theimportance of reviewing campaigns regularly to ensure effectiveness andoptimisation.
The customerjourney including customer offline and digital touchpoints customer personashow to engage customers at different stages of their journey sales funnels andhow to segment an audience for targeting.
The impactmarketing has on the level of customer service or the customer experienceincluding community management channels
Qualitymanagement and the maintenance of online and offline assets.
