This senior leadership role is accountable for driving the of CMCs SAP S/4HANA program delivering measurable business outcomes that align with our strategic priorities: investing in our people achieving excellence in all we do and driving growth. Reporting to the VP & CIO this position will ensure the programs success by fostering crossfunctional collaboration ensuring disciplined and driving operational transformation.

What Youll Do
- Oversee the endtoend of the SAP S/4HANA transformation program ensuring it is delivered on time within budget and aligned with business goals.
- Direct all aspects of program planning resource allocation risk management and systems integration.
- Ensure program milestones are achieved by proactively identifying and addressing risks issues and dependencies.
- Deliver transformational outcomes by integrating SAP S/4 capabilities into business functions to modernize and optimize processes.
- Serve as the primary point of accountability for program outcomes collaborating with business and IT stakeholders to align program deliverables with organizational objectives.
- Partner with thirdparty system integrators and other external partners to execute program tasks and meet milestones.
- Provide clear and concise communication on program status risks and value realization to leadership sponsors and stakeholders at all levels.
- Drive business process improvements by leveraging SAP S/4s advanced capabilities to support operational excellence and growth.
- Champion ERP modernization automation and technology enablement as key enablers of organizational transformation.
- Establish a culture of accountability ownership and trust to align teams on the programs vision and objectives.
- Build and lead a highperforming program team including internal resources and external partners to deliver exceptional results.
- Mentor and develop team members fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Balance strategic oversight with handson involvement in programlevel details to resolve challenges and maintain momentum.
What Youll Need
- Proven leadership experience in managing and delivering largescale SAP S/4HANA or ERP transformation programs.
- 10 years of program management experience in large global organizations with expertise in SAP/ERP implementations.
- Deep knowledge of SAP functional areas such as finance sales order management procurement and planning.
- Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC configuration and modules.
- Experience managing program budgets P&L and cost models for enterprisewide initiatives.
- Proficiency in program management methodologies and tools (e.g. Activate Agile Scrum).
- Exceptional communication leadership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.
- Manufacturing or steel industry experience is a plus.
