We are seeking a dynamic Personal Lines Marketing Manager to drive account retention and growth while delivering exceptional service. The successful candidate will manage a dedicated portfolio of assigned accounts focusing on remarketing renewals rewrites and generating new business. This role is ideal for experienced producers or account managers who are proficient in quoting and have a solid background in marketing within the insurance industry.
Account Management: Oversee remarketing renewals rewrites and new business marketing initiatives across a mix of highvalue 30 and middle market 70 accounts.
Quoting & Renewals: Handle quoting for both new and renewal business ensuring competitive and accurate pricing.
Client Engagement: Attend weekly meetings to review performance and collaborate on strategy and work from a monthly assigned list of accounts.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless of marketing strategies and client servicing.
Software Utilization: Effectively use industrystandard software (Applied Epic) to manage processes and track performance.
Insurance Experience: 35 years of experience in the insurance industry with a background in personal lines.
Licensing: Must hold a valid P&C license.
Marketing Proficiency: Demonstrated ability in marketing and quoting within the insurance space.
Account Handling: Comfortable managing accounts with premiums up to $100k.
Team Orientation: A collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in regular team meetings and strategy sessions.
