We are seeking ambitious and talented law students to join our Summer Associate Program providing an unparalleled opportunity to gain handson experience and insight into the practice of law.
We are currently accepting applications from secondyear law students for our 2026 Summer Associate Program.
Position:
As a Summer Associate at Rivkin Radler you will be immersed in substantive legal work participating in a variety of tasks across different practice areas. This program is designed to enhance your legal education by providing practical experience mentorship and exposure to realworld legal scenarios. You will work closely with our experienced attorneys gaining valuable insights into client interactions case management and legal strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues.
Draft memos briefs and other legal documents.
Assist attorneys in preparing for hearings trials and depositions.
Participate in client meetings negotiations and case strategy sessions.
Collaborate with attorneys on complex transactions and litigation matters.
Attend and contribute to internal training sessions and workshops.
Assist in pro bono projects and community service initiatives.
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in an accredited law school with completion of at least one year of law studies by the start of the summer program.
Strong academic performance
Excellent research writing and analytical skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a teamoriented environment.
Commitment to professionalism ethical standards and client service.
Program Details:
Duration: 10 weeks
Compensation: The 2026 summer associate salary will be based on a prorata calculation of entrylevel associate compensation which is currently $120000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other jobrelated factors permitted by law.
