This Loan Servicing Technician will be servicing Indirect Auto Loans 80 which means process SCRA benefits for military customers assisting dealerships with warranty cancellations administrators with GAP refunds/claims and insurance companies with accident claims.This person will
Preparing editing distributing researching reviewing monitoring reconciling and remitting documents specific to Loan Servicing tasks. Remittance of loan optional insurance and debt protection products for consumer and mortgage loans.
Provide customers servicing personnel and third parties timely support when handling verbal and written responses to inquiries via telephone referral and/or letter by reviewing accounts and loan file documents. Maintain a high level of customer service by adhering to our Brand standard (clear capable responsive attitude) and providing accurate information in this manner.
Adhere to policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Bank audit regulatory and Investor guidelines.
Provide customer feedback and trends in problems or situations involving various product activities.
Requirements
Education
High School or equivalent combination of education and experience Required
Experience
Less than 2 years General office banking and/or related experience. Required
24 years Banking Operations / Servicing Preferred
