Rapidly growing awardwinning Home Automation Company is seeking a Sales Professional. The location is Sarasota FL 34238.
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Professional to cater to our highend clientele. The primary responsibility will be to establish and maintain strong relationships with affluent customers and drive sales of luxury products or services. You will be expected to provide exceptional customer service possess excellent product knowledge and have a deep understanding of the luxury market in residential home automation systems and low voltage installations. The ultimate goal will be to meet or exceed sales targets while ensuring an extraordinary experience for our discerning clientele.

This position is flexible and can be permanent fulltime employment or commissionbased.
Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and Engage HighEnd Clients: Proactively identify and target potential highend customers through research referrals networking and attending relevant events. Build rapport and establish strong relationships with clients based on trust and personalized attention.
Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Deliver an unparalleled customer experience by understanding clients needs preferences and expectations. Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge anticipate customer requirements and offer tailored solutions to maximize customer satisfaction.
Sales and Revenue Generation: Achieve or surpass sales targets by proactively promoting and selling luxury products or services to highend clients. Utilize consultative selling techniques to understand clients desires present the value proposition of products or services negotiate pricing and close sales effectively.
Product Knowledge and Expertise: Stay updated on the latest trends features and benefits of home automation systems and related products. Acquire indepth knowledge about the unique characteristics craftsmanship and brand heritage of the offerings to confidently educate and advise clients.
Relationship Management: Foster longterm relationships with highend clients by providing ongoing support personalized recommendations and aftersales service. Maintain a client database track customer preferences and follow up on inquiries or concerns in a timely manner.
Collaborate with Team Members: Coordinate with companywide team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. Contribute to product development by providing feedback and suggestions based on client interactions.
Market Research and Analysis: Continuously monitor market trends competitor activities and consumer behavior within the luxury segment. Identify new business opportunities assess market demands and make recommendations to enhance the product/service offerings or sales strategies.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Proven track record of success in sales preferably within the luxury or highend market. Strong knowledge of home automation systems their features and the ability to articulate their value propositions.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust establish rapport and communicate effectively with affluent clients.
Resultsoriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills coupled with a customercentric approach.
Selfmotivated proactive and resourceful with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Outstanding organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficient in using CRM systems sales software and other relevant tools.
Bachelors degree in business marketing or a related field (preferred).
