As Head of Sales of our Separation & Flow Technologies you will ensure worldclass support and guidance making a direct impact on customer satisfaction and business success.
Based in either Helsinki or Gothenburg you will lead our Separation & Flow Technologies (SFT) division across Sweden and Finland. The Separation & Flow Technologies (SFT) division in GEA Nordics is responsible for providing highperformance separation filtration and flow solutions across various industries. This includes dairy food & beverage marine pharma and energy sectors ensuring efficient liquid processing purification and sustainable production.
Responsibilities / Tasks
This key role will focus on driving sales growth in Sweden and Finland ensuring service excellence and optimizing sales steering to strengthen our market position. This role will both be strategic and handson with the aim to drive sales optimize service and ensure longterm customer success in Sweden and Finland.
Among other things you will also be responsible for:
- Building strong customer relationships and representing GEA at industry events.
- Leading and developing a highperforming sales and service team in Sweden and Finland.
- Optimizing service operations for highquality aftersales support and efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance performance and costeffectiveness.
- Managing budgets and ensuring compliance with corporate policies and regulations.
Your Profile / Qualifications
You are a seasoned senior manager with a strong commercial mindset and a strategic approach to business growth. With a proven track record in leading complex organizations you excel at driving change developing highperforming teams and expanding market presence. Your excellent communication skills and ability to build strong networks make you a trusted leader in an international B2B environment.
Finally we imagine that you bring:
- Expertise in leading sales & service organisations with a focus on growth and market expansion
- 510 years of managerial experience including P&L responsibility
- Proven experience in change management and working in a complex matrix organisation
- Experience in contract negotiation and transactional sales of capital goods
- Fluency in English and a Scandinavian language (Swedish and Finnish preferred); German or other languages are a plus
- Established network within relevant industries and markets.
