Job Skills / Requirements
We are in search of a detailed energetic and selfmotivated individual to join our high performing team.
Essential duties:
Clean/maintain floors (vacuum mop carpet spotting).
Clean/maintain surface areas (dust sanitize glass/mirror/window cleaning metal/wood polishing).
Remove waste (empty trash and recycle bins transport trash and waste to proper disposal areas).
Use cleaning chemicals safely and adhere to all safety precautions when mixing cleaning solutions.
Represent facility in a positive manner; able to follow oral instructions pleasant tactful courteous and cooperative with supervisor coworkers customers security and management.
Follow assigned schedule.
Perform other general cleaning duties as needed.
Pass preemployment background screening.
Lift of up to 50 pounds repeatedly bend reach stand and walk for prolonged periods of time.
Available Shift: Various shifts available in the day and evening
Funciones esenciales:
Estamos en busca de un individuo detallado enrgico y motivado para unirse a nuestro equipo de alto rendimiento.
Limpie/mantenga los pisos (aspiradora trapeador manchas de alfombras).
Limpie/mantenga las reas de la superficie (polvo desinfectante limpieza de vidrios/espejos/ventanas pulido de metales/madera).
Retire los desechos (vace la basura y recicle los contenedores transporte la basura y los desechos a las reas de eliminacin adecuadas).
Use los productos qumicos de limpieza de manera segura y respete todas las precauciones de seguridad al mezclar soluciones de limpieza.
Representar la instalacin de una manera positiva; capaz de seguir instrucciones orales agradable discreto corts y cooperativo con el supervisor compaeros de trabajo clientes seguridad y administracin.
Seguir el horario asignado.
Realice otras tareas generales de limpieza segn sea necesario.
Pasar el examen previo de antecedentes.
Levante repetidamente hasta 50 libras doble alcance prese y camine por perodos prolongados de tiempo.
Turno disponible: Varios turnos disponibles en el da y la noche.

Responsibilities include payroll budgeting customer service relationship development quality control hiring managing supply ordering
Essential duties:
Ability to manage a team in a complex task oriented janitorial operations environment.
Ability to provide facilities escalations resolution timely and efficiently.
Demonstrated experience in effective written and verbal communication.
Highly organized excellent data tracking and documentation management skills.
Skilled in critical thinking and good judgement with ability to multitask within standard service level agreements.
Ability to answer calls monitor track and document escalations in a fastpaced environment with a focus on customer service.
Exceptional relationship management skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
