Responsibilities
- Oversee flow of Used Car Reconditioning and New Car prep
- Write book flag close repair orders. Send estimates to Sales Managers and ensure completion in a timely manner
- Provide concierge support for all internal inquiries
- Ensures that the daily inventory of technicians time is consistently recorded
- Distribute work between technicians efficiently
Qualifications
- Organized and friendly personality
- Demonstrated ability to manage others
- Time management skills
- Fantastic communication skills
- Professional wellgroomed personal appearance.
- Clean driving record
- Willing to submit to a preemployment background check & drug screen
