- Conduct onsite and virtual consultations with prospective clients to assess their painting needs.
- Develop and present detailed customized proposals.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients from initial consultation through project completion.
- Document all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local strategies and enhance brand visibility.
- Participate in community events trade shows and marketing initiatives to generate leads and build the business.
- Proven sales experience preferably in the painting or construction industry.
- Strong communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Selfmotivated organized and goaloriented with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Proficient in CRM tools and familiar with digital marketing practices.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
- Commissionbased structure with performance incentives and potential endofyear bonuses. Details will be discussed during the interview process.
