Position Overview:
The purpose of the Occupational Therapist is to do all thats required to provide excellence in therapy to children and families.
Qualifications:
Current Kentucky licensure in Occupational Therapy
NBCOT certification
Ability to collaborate and work in a teambased atmosphere
Motivated to meet productivity targets and contribute to company growth
Solid work history and consistent attendance
Ability to effectively & professionally communicate verbally and in documentation
Experience with or desire to learn Telehealth
CPR and First Aid Certification
Ability to work in a fastpaced physically active environment
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
Accountability and Performance Measures:
Supports the Marshall Pediatric Therapy mission by: Helping Families Build Skills for Life.
Provides skilled evaluation & treatment for children with a range of diagnoses ages 021 years
Maintains and manages a fulltime caseload with a target of 72.5 productivity
Educates families/caregivers on home program strategies to increase success
Participates in continuing education in order to lead the community with new treatment and evaluation techniques
Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with families colleagues referral sources and community agencies
Manages administrative responsibilities such as timely documentation per discipline guidelines and productivity tracking.
