Otolaryngologist West Palm Beach FL
$300k $320k per year plus productivity bonuses
We are looking for an Otolaryngologist to join our medical practice full time in West Palm Beach FL. The practice has a focus on general ENT with the ability to subspecialize as desired plus surgical privileges at our beautiful 420bed regional hospital (Level I Trauma Center and Pediatric Hospital). A large referral base in the community provides the opportunity to quickly establish and grow the practice. As one of the largest cities making up the South Florida region West Palm Beach is a vibrant growing waterfront city that offers some of the best business advantages available in the region combined with a more refined and relaxed lifestyle. It is home to sunny palmlined streets breathtaking waterfront views quaint shopping districts historic and scenic neighborhoods and exciting yearround outdoor festivals.

We are a wellestablished large multispecialty private medical practice located in West Palm Beach FL. Recognizing the need for multidisciplinary care for patients to achieve the best outcomes and safety; services were added that would benefit the patient. Everyone from the dietitian to the surgeon knows what everyone is doing working towards a comprehensive care plan with all services at one location. We have dedicated clinical and admin support to meet all patient care and other care management needs without additional burden to the provider. We offer multiple onsite specialty physicians and other ancillary services( Spa infusion center weight loss program nutrition services diagnostic imaging) for ease of coordination of care.

- Provide outpatient care to new and established practice patients
- Develop and implement treatment plans or goals
- Document encounters/progress notes in EMR system
- Provide continuity of care and referrals to specialist as applicable to patients care
- Communicate testing results follow up care or any other additional information to patients
- Collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers and other clinical staff
- Meet quality benchmarks
- BCBE Otolaryngologist
- MD/DO license to practice in FL
- $300k $320k per year plus productivity bonuses
