Job Description

The Role

We are currently seeking one experienced Scheduler (minimum 2 years experience) to join our Scheduling team based in Bunbury Western Australia in a permanent fulltime position.

Responsible for effectively compiling accurate Bill of Quantities ensuring all materials and resources required are sourced from the Price Book and scheduled in line with the construction plan. The role will be accountable for liaising with suppliers to ensure the ordering of materials including onsite extras are delivered to site to support the build process and achieve build targets.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

Department tracking

Providing support to scheduling team and construction team

Compile and analyse cost control reporting

Monitor the progress and budgets of construction projects

Approving and processing invoices and

Resolve issues related to Scheduling and when necessary escalate to the appropriate Manager for resolution

To be considered for the role you will have:

ESSENTIAL: Minimum 2 years Scheduling experience within a WA building company

Good communication skills

Good organizational and time management skills

Preferably experience with Databuild and Microsoft excel
