Job Description
Position Overview:We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Learning and Development Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain handson experience in the field of learning and development working closely with our experienced professionals to support various training and development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing training programs and materials.
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions workshops and seminars.
- Research best practices and emerging trends in learning and development.
- Assign courses and generate reports in the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Evaluate training program effectiveness through surveys and feedback analysis.
- Prepare communications and organize schedules for the 10week summer internship program.
- Collaborate on special projects and initiatives with team members.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Education Organizational Development or a related field.
- Strong interest in learning and development with a desire to build a career in this field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) with the desire to help manage the LMS.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
The salary range for this position is $21 $24 per hour.
