Job Description
Communicate translate and simplify business requirements.
Discover organize and clarify business needs and review/produce specifications for change.
Work with the Technical Analyst and development team to ensure they understand the specifications.
Develop comprehensive documentation including business requirement documents (BRD) functional specifications use cases and process diagrams.
Ensure documentation is thorough accurate and aligned with organizational standards.
Work with the training team to document system scenarios and identify roles impacted to help develop a change management/training plan.
Requirements
Should have relevant experience with custom software development domain (presales).
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
Familiarity with project management practices and tools.
The ability to multitask and prioritize your workload
The ability to motivate yourself and set your own goals
