Title UK/US Customer Care Executive
Location Chandigarh IT Park
Shift 5.5 days working Rotational 9 hours shift Cab Facility
Salary Up to 2535K CTC up to 45K Incentives
Job Description
- Up to 1 year of experience in a similar role preferred.
- Dealing with Truck drivers for the bills and documents and tracking the shipment.
- Handle customer service/Drivers inquiries and provide support.
- Experience with US process and inbound calling is preferred
- Willingness to work night shifts as per US time zone
- Knowledge of US logistics and BPO industry is a plus
- No Sales/ No Targets.
