Duration: Long Term Contract(Possibility Of Further Extension)
Pay Rate: $39.20/hr on W2
The Document Specialist plays a crucial role in developing editing and managing technical and sales training materials. This position involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure documents meet regulatory compliance and brand standards while maintaining a consistent style. The specialist will facilitate the review process and ensure timely approvals contributing to effective training initiatives.
- Create and revise instructorled training content job aids and technical guides.
- Collaborate with content originators stakeholders and approvers to ensure alignment.
- Monitor approval workflows and communicate process improvements.
- Conduct periodic reviews of training materials for accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain a content library and manage document accessibility for printing and digital use.
- Participate in training development projects considering global materials and local needs.
- Liaise with subject matter experts and print shops for material specifications and availability.
- Proficient in technical writing and content development.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign Acrobat Pro Photoshop) and Canva.
- Strong communication and organization skills.
- Stakeholder management and project management expertise.
- Familiarity with brand standards and quality system regulations.
- Meeting facilitation and collaboration skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and timelines simultaneously.
Education
- Bachelors degree in a technical/scientific field technical writing English or a related area.
- Preferred knowledge of adult learning theory and training practices.
- Experience with content management systems such as Veeva Vault is a plus.
