Licensed Practical Nurse **$5000 SIGN ON BONUS**

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)Responsibilities
- Make rounds to observe residents and nursingcare
- Review and integrate the Nursing Care Plan toreflect physical emotional restorative rehabilitative teaching and goalswith the medical care prescribed
- Provide proper transcription and ofphysical orders
- Utilize the capabilities of staff members toprovide quality resident care
- Order medication and supplies for the nursingunit and residents
- Control the counting and recording ofmedications
- Maintain proper and accurate documentation andmaintenance of clinical records
- Cooperate and communicate withinterdepartmental and facility personnel to nursing services are beingadequately maintained
- Meet with other nursing personnel to assist inidentifying and correcting problem areas and/or improvement of services
- Provide direct patient care when needed
Requirements
- Valid NYS LPN license
- Exceptional communication customer service and interpersonal skills
Preferred
- Previousexperience in longterm care
- Previous experiencewith Point Click Care
