quantum delay and disruption claims
expert advisory services including commercial advisory contract management planning and project controls.
About the role:
The role is part of our Dispute Resolution Services Business Division and is a key part of the growth and ongoing success of Anvelo as well as contributing to the success of the overall business.
Key responsibilities include:
Project schedule development and compliance checks.
Baseline management and status updates.
Timechainage diagrams for linear projects.
Assist the expert witness.
Carry out factfinding exercises to determine clarity of events.
Carry out delay and disruption analysis using the methods described in the SOCL Protocol.
Design procurement and construction scheduling.
Systems and commissioning scheduling.
Progress monitoring and reporting.
Management dashboard reporting.
Grow team capability and performance.
Assist in the drafting of Delay and Disruption expert matter reports.
Experience and skills needed:
Relevant formal qualifications in Engineering Construction and/or Quantity Surveying. Chartered credentials preferred.
Minimum of 10 years experience in planning and scheduling in the construction or engineering industry.
Experience with Primavera P6 or equivalent scheduling software.
Strong market reputation in delay and disruption matters.
Extensive experience with EOT claims delay and disruption
Proven experience in delay and disruption technique implementation.
Project controls experience is desirable.
People leadership experience is desirable.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
