General Manager Real Pub up to 45k Bonus Shoreditch
Urban Pubs Bars and Restaurants are currently recruiting for a talented and ambitious General Manager with personality & charisma for our expanding group. With an eclectic mix of properties and new openings to suit your personality and style this really is an exciting time to join a people focused and progressive operations led business.
The Queens Headis our Brewpub and creative kitchen in the heart of Shoreditch. Your go to pub for all things beer we bring in some of the best International beers and local craft thatcontinuouslychange on tap along with some brilliant beers by the bottle. Food is important too with ourkitchen serving up the best in British seasonal classics and pub fare to die for.
The Role
- As General Manager you oversee all aspects of running the venue as if it were your own business.
- Be business savvy and demonstrate great commercial understanding.
- Your team will look up to you its essential to train nurture and develop your staff to maintain incredibly high standards and customer satisfaction.
- This role would also suit an aspiring Deputy General Manager looking for their first General Manager position as youwill be given the opportunity to train personally develop and progress your career as the company continues to grow.
What we looking for:
- Wear your heart on your sleave take ownership be bold and run the business as if its your own
- Be cool calm and collected manage pressure with ease nothing can phase you
- Youre not precious. We leave our egos at the door and help get stuff done
- Must have minimum 2 years experience as a General Manager depending on the property being looked at
- Solid communication and organisational skills be approachable
- Superb customer & floor service skills
- An entrepreneurial flare
- Passionate about people training mentoring growing a team but most importantly loves to have fun
