Location: Nashville TN. Hybrid role 12 days/week) from home.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Vireo Systems and pHD Feminine Health are seeking a motivated and detailoriented Logistics Analyst to join our supply chain team. The Logistics Analyst will be responsible for managing and optimizing our thirdparty logistics 3PL) providers carriers and transportation management software (TMS). This role will require strong analytical skills attention to detail and the ability to work crossfunctionally with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth efficient and costeffective logistics operations.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee and manage relationships with thirdparty logistics providers 3PLs) and carriers to ensure timely and costeffective transportation of goods.
- Monitor and evaluate carrier performance ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and contractual terms.
- Develop and generate reports to track transportation performance costs and operational efficiency.
- Analyze transportation data and performance metrics to identify areas for cost reduction process improvements and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with procurement sales customer service and other departments to align logistics strategies with business needs.
- Ensure all transportation activities comply with retail and regulatory standards.
- Manage and maintain transportation management software ensuring it is utilized effectively across operations.
- Stay current with industry trends best practices and technology advancements related to logistics and supply chain management.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors degree in Logistics Supply Chain Management Business or a related field.
- 35 Years of experience in a Supply Chain related role.
- Strong knowledge and experience with thirdparty logistics providers carriers and transportation management systems (TMS).
- Industry experience: carrier logistics company or 3PL orThirdPartyLogistics is ideal
- NetSuite is a plus
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities while working in a fastpaced environment.
- Willingness to work as part of a team.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Must be able to sit/stand for 8 hours.
- Walking bending light lifting up to 30 lbs.
