Responsibilities:
Engage with guests to understand their needs and preferences
Provide information about available vehicles and their features
Conduct test drives
Discuss payment option with guests
Follow up with sold guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
Maintain knowledge of current inventory and pricing
Collaborate with the sales team to meet sales targets
Upsell additional products and services to customers
Skills:
Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Multilingual abilities are a plus
Proficient in phone etiquette and customer service
Knowledge of dealership operations and processes
Basic math skills for calculating prices discounts and financing options
Familiarity with inventory control systems
Understanding of retail math principles for pricing and profit margins
Ability to upsell and promote additional products or services
Experience in outside sales is advantageous
Requirements:
Must have a valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
Ability to pass a drug screen background check and MVR check.
Ability to multitask between daytoday and training courses.
Ability to be physically active throughout the day.
