Main responsibilities:
Market intelligence and understanding: market size and share channels segments competition
Targets: Annual Sales Budget and regular updated Forecast (week month quarter)
Implement NILFISK Direct sales strategy in Spain and Portugal on the given segment Contract Cleaners & Institutions) focusing on prioritized market segments and accounts.
Manage daytoday activities of the sales team according to our SALEX (Sales Excellence) procedures in order to meet defined KPIs: Visits Pipeline Winrate Forecast Revenue Contribution
Identify suboptimal areas and define contingency plans.
Allocate resources to optimize the overall performance of the sales team
Monitor existing customers and negotiate with new strategic accounts
Coach the sales team on behaviors sales techniques procedures
Ensure technical training by liaising with Product Management
Teamwork with After Sales Service department to grow service revenue Customer satisfaction and retention. Training on the sale of services
Coordination with Marketing department: Market intelligence Advertising Pricing Product Management
Collaborate with Finance & Administration to ensure collection of Accounts Receivables
Requirements:
Experience in similar role or as National Key Account Manager preferably in sales to service companies (contract cleaners facility management)
Leadership skills and proven experience in people management
University degree in Engineering or Business Management ideally with MBA
Fluent English
