Job Description
Responsibilities:
- SOQ/Proposal Management:Coordinate with Corporate Marketing and manage the endtoend SOQ/proposal process from initial request through to submission ensuring compliance with proposal requirements guidelines deadlines and client specifications.
- Collaboration and Coordination:Collaborate with our Texas business units their teams and subject matter experts and other stakeholders to gather necessary information technical content and resources required for SOQ/proposal development. Coordinate meetings and facilitate communication to ensure all relevant information is obtained for SOQ/proposal creation.
- SOQ/Proposal Development:Organize and write SOQ/proposal content ensuring clarity accuracy and alignment with client requirements. Compile technical information project descriptions resumes and other relevant materials to create comprehensive and persuasive proposals.
- SOQ/Proposal Editing and Review:Review edit and format SOQ/proposal content to ensure accuracy consistency and adherence to brand standards. Coordinate internal reviews and manage the feedback process to incorporate necessary changes and improvements.
- SOQ/Proposal Tracking and Documentation:Help Corporate Marketing maintain a centralized repository for proposal documents templates and content libraries.
- Process Improvement:Continuously evaluate and improve SOQ/proposal development processes tools and templates to enhance efficiency quality and effectiveness in delivering winning proposals.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance:Ensure SOQs/proposals comply with client requirements contractual obligations and industry standards. Perform quality assurance checks to guarantee accuracy and completeness of proposal submissions.
- MarketingSupport:Assist Corporate Marketing by contributing to variousmarketingactivities including content creation campaign support and market research to support the firmsmarketinginitiatives.
- MarketingCollateral:Assist Corporate Marketing in creatingmarketingmaterials such as success stories social media content and other collateral showcasing the firms expertise and services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in business communications engineering or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience 7 years) in proposal coordination project management or a similar role preferably within the engineering or construction industry.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple SOQs/proposals simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively articulate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Adobe Creative Suite and experience with proposal management software/tools.
- Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of proposal development.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience in coordinating crossfunctional teams to deliver successful proposals for geotechnical and materials engineering and testing services.
- Familiarity with RFQ (Request for Qualifications) RFP (Request for Proposal) and RFQ (Request for Quote) processes is advantageous.
Other Information:
- Some travel < 10 anticipated. Primarily to Braun Intertec offices and Professional Industry Conferences or events.

Compensation Range:
