Job Description

Description

We have an opening for an Administrative Team Lead to support our Community Services team. This supervisory role is responsible for supporting their administrative team with operation workflow customer experience scheduling safety and regulatory compliance.

Schedule

  • Monday Friday general business hours onsite at Johnston location

What Youll Do

  • Supervise the team through effective hiring training coaching and performance management. Ensure development of staff to achieve high results. Promote engagement and satisfaction to drive retention. Collaborate with management team to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Complete all necessary reports to ensure accurate and timely information to support business functions.
  • Ensure competition of ordering tracking and managing supplies and equipment needs within each program.
  • Oversee schedules are completed accurately and timely. Collaborate with other services and families to schedule. Manage schedules to cover open services resulting from provider absences illness and vacation.
  • Responsibility may include billing records management and other duties as assigned by leadership.
What Youll Need
  • Associates required bachelors degree preferred.
  • 1year supervisory experience required.
  • Office/administrative experience including customer service preferred.
  • Computer skills; specifically Microsoft Office and experience using an electronic health record system.
  • Maintain positive working relationships and demonstrate sensitivity to and respect for a diverse population.
  • Exercise confidentiality regarding the affairs of clients staff their families and ChildServe business.
  • Ability to interpret and follow applicable policies procedures and regulations.
  • Ability to communicate in English effectively for understanding in writing and verbally
