Experience Required: 12 Years
Requisite Qualification: B. Sc/ M. Sc Agriculture (Preferably Seeds Science & Technology Agronomy)
Industry: Seeds Production & Marketing
CTC:Rs 2.50 3.00 LPA
Age: 25 35 Years
Responsibilities:
1.Execute the production plan for different products such as Paddy Wheat Maize Millet Pulses and
Oilseeds etc. with reference to the sales targets.
2.Identify production areas & engage growers for seeds production inaccordance with the production
plan to ensure quality seeds production.
3.To support the quality control protocols & set policy for monitoring crops at various stages.
4.Coordinate with growers organizers & other associates for cost effective production.
5.Coordinate in the selection & appointment of business associates/organizers & periodic evaluation.
7.Keep eye on the market trends/mandi rates to ensure right pricing at the time of intake.
9.Intake planning & including farmer lot management & logistics.
10. Return/rejection management coordination.
11. Payment settlement of growers/organizers.
Must Have:
Analytical Skills
Good Communication Skills
Negotiation skills
IT Skills (MSOffice/ERP)
Good to Have:
Understanding of the Seeds
Understanding of the Google Drive Functions Spread Sheet Docs Slides & Forms etc.
Elementary Question
1. Must understand cultivation practices of various crops
2. Should be able to identify different crop diseases
3. Knowledge about plant nutrients
4. Knowledge of Seeds Production
