Job Description
We are looking for a Hospitality Associate to provide excellent customer service to our guests! This role will help with hosting serving and customer service.
Hospitality Associate Description
- Review guest arrival lists to offer a warm greeting.
- Anticipate guest needs and establish a rapport with them by assisting them with specific tasks (e.g. confirming travel arrangements taking messages)
- Customer Service (both in person and on the phone)
- Assure that health and quality standards are met.
- Experience in customer service
- Should be a customerfocused person with a thorough understanding of the hospitality industrys standards.
- Excellent communication abilities both written and oral.
- Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills.
