Responsibilities:
- Provide installation support for our robotics systems at customer sites ensuring that systems are set up correctly and functioning as intended.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on robotics systems addressing any hardware issues that may arise.
- Respond to customer support tickets in a timely and professional manner using our Zendesk platform to communicate effectively with customers.
- Speak with customers over the phone and through online channels providing technical assistance and troubleshooting for our robotics products.
- Perform onsite training for customers ensuring that they are proficient in the operation and maintenance of our robots.
- Record maintenance events in UpKeep to accurately record service issues.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a technical support role preferably within the robotics or automation industry.
- Strong understanding of robotics systems and hardware components.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to communicate technical concepts to nontechnical users.
- Familiarity with Zendesk or similar customer support platforms.
- Flexibility to travel within the London region for onsite support and training.
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and support.
