Job Description
Good Life Construction Inc. is looking for a dynamic Inspector/Estimator to join our team of professionals. This individual contributor role is an hourly fulltime position located in North Highlands California.
INSPECTOR/ESTIMATOR
Job Summary:
The inspector/estimator will respond assess evaluate and estimate Deck and Balcony (multifamily) projects for department.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Produce proposals for deck and balcony division. Includes counting all elevated elements and determining which 15 we will inspect and determine pricing.
- Obtain all pertinent information related to inspection to prepare and present proposal and send to the customer to get authorization.
- Assist and support inspection and report writing.
- Document and track projects in Pipedrive CRM
- Update new details regarding jobs into Pipedrive
- Addresses questions concerns and/or complaints throughout the project.
- Acts as a liaison between company customers and vendors.
- Communicates and collaborates with internal and external customers while supporting customer experience.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn about the project or product being developed.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Must have insurable driving record (DMV)
Education and Experience:
- At least three years of transferable/related experience required.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
