Job Description
The Department of Languages Literatures & Cultures welcomes applications for adjunct faculty instructors in French. Course availability varies depending on schedule and departmental needs. The Citadels goal is to build longterm relationships with highquality parttime faculty members who are committed to developing principled wellrounded leaders who appreciate the value of being culturally and linguistically proficient in world languages other than their own.
This job posting is not for a specific assignment or for a fulltime faculty position but rather for a pool of candidates who may be considered.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Native or nearnative fluency in French
- Masters degree in French or a Masters degree in another subject with 18 hours of graduatelevel study in French or an equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience teaching at the undergraduate level
