WHO WE ARE:

The Lash Lounge is the premier salon for Lash Extensions with over 120 locations in the United States. We offer a complete menu of services including Perming Tinting Threading and more. We are proud to create a warm and inviting atmosphere while focusing on the health and care of our guests natural lashes.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for a Stylist who enjoys working with people. You are able to work independently and as a team and understand the importance of the safe application of eyelash extensions. You are highly motivated friendly and responsible!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Create an excellent experience for every guest through a friendly and helpful attitude
Educate guests on proper care of lashes and recommend exclusive aftercare products
Understand and promote products and memberships
Perform highquality and consecutive professional eyelash extension services
Generate new clientele through our amazing referral programs
Maintain a clean and sterile work environment

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Active Cosmetology or Esthetics license preferred
Customer service focused
Reliable transportation
Strong work ethic
Initiates selflearning and is comfortable with educating clients on products and services offered
Ability to work weekends and evenings required*

When women visit The Lash Lounge they enter a retreat designed to rejuvenate from the inside out so that they can step out and face the world with confidence.
