WHAT YOULL BE DOING:

  • Provide product demonstrations (i.e. assessments RLMS and content) in conjunction with enterprise sales representatives 30
  • Serve as subject matter expert to internal sales audiences on assessments and learning management system functions and content libraries 20
  • Serve as the subject matter expert to clients/prospects regarding system integration and implementation capability and best practices 20
  • Support enterprise sales reps with demo/meeting preparations account strategy blue sheet review and account follow up 20
  • Liaise with the Product Professional Services and Sales teams to assess product needs and to determine system requirements 10
  • Other duties as assigned.

YOUVE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE/ARE:

  • Knowledge of healthcare systems to include postacute care integrated care delivery networks payors MCOs ACOs and health systems
  • Product demonstration and presentation skills
  • Strong listening and comprehension skills including the ability to identify underlying client needs and translate those needs into tailored product and service solutions
  • Technical expertise specific to SaaS product integrations i.e. APIs SSO FTP
  • Strong clientfacing experience managing client requests concerns and questions
  • Knowledge of elearning industry standards and delivery models.
  • Ability to collaborate as part of a clientfacing team
  • Ability to travel up to 25
  • 23 years of system integration and/or implementation experience
  • 3 years of healthcare industry experience
