High Earning Potential This is a commissionbased position meaning your income is directly tied to your success. On average our representatives earn $75000 $150000 per year with no earning cap.

Closed on Sundays We are closed on Sundays and do not require you to work on your time off.
Build relationships with business owners fleet managers and working professionals to understand their vehicle needs.
Present MercedesBenz Sprinters fleet and commercial vehicle lineup financing options and service advantages.
Ensure flawless communication with clients who expect prompt professional and knowledgeable service.
Manage customer interactions through our dealerships CRM system (Elead) and maintain strong followup processes.
Stay up to date with industry trends vehicle specifications and financing solutions to position yourself as a trusted fleet consultant.
Automotive sales experience is required Highline or commercial vehicle sales experience preferred.
Strong business acumen Youll be working with decisionmakers who expect expertise and professionalism.
Exceptional communication skills Your clients expect clear timely and knowledgeable interactions.
Techsavvy & organized Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools to track customer interactions.
Driven & selfmotivated You take initiative and strive to exceed sales goals.
Valid drivers license and an acceptable driving record.
