The opportunity:
The Customs Business Operations team is seeking a business operations associate to lead and manage strategic initiatives that support the growth and optimization of Flexports Customs Operations and Trade Services. In this role youll take ownership of crossfunctional projects ensuring alignment and timely delivery to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.

You will:
- Analyze and identify opportunities to streamline business processes to improve efficiency reduce costs and drive growth.
- Work closely with departments such as Operations Sales Data Analytics and Finance to align operational goals with business objectives.
- Lead and manage key business projects from inception to completion ensuring timelines budgets and goals are met.
- Collect analyze and interpret business data to generate actionable insights.
- Support organizational change initiatives and ensure smooth implementation of new processes systems or tools.
You should have:
- 24 years of experience in project management operations or a related field ideally within technical supply chain or business environments
- Experience working on crossfunctional projects and collaborating with different teams (e.g. engineering operations or product)
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and work with diverse teams
- Selfmotivated and comfortable with ambiguity; willing to take ownership and get things done
- A compliance first attitude to keep our regulators happy and enthusiastic about Flexport since we operate in a heavily regulated industry.
The US base salary range for this position (exclusive of bonus equity and benefits):
$65640 $80000 USD
