Nursery Practitioner (Level 2

Salary: Up to 25000

Fulltime Hours

Our client is a nurturing nursery that offers a warm homely environment for children aged six weeks to five years. With a focus on growth and development the nursery provides a range of stimulating indoor and outdoor activities to encourage exploration play and learning.

As a Nursery Practitioner Level 2 you will play an essential role in supporting the educational and personal development of the children in your care. You will work alongside a dedicated and passionate team to create a positive supportive and engaging environment that promotes each childs growth and wellbeing.

What youll need for this role:

  • Level 2 in Early Years or above.
  • A genuine love for working with children and helping them reach their full potential.
  • Passion for creating a fun safe and stimulating environment for children to explore and learn.
  • Ability to be a team player willing to collaborate with your colleagues to create the best outcomes for the children in your care.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

  • Provide highquality care and education for children from six weeks to five years old.
  • Plan and deliver engaging ageappropriate activities that encourage childrens development.
  • Create a safe stimulating environment where children can explore learn and play.
  • Build strong relationships with children parents and colleagues to promote a collaborative and positive environment.
  • Observe and assess childrens progress and provide feedback to parents and team members.
  • Support the development of childrens social emotional and physical skills.
  • Ensure safeguarding and health & safety protocols are followed at all times.
