Job Description
- Arrive to jobsite on time in logod shirt and appropriate work clothing.
- Follow instructions given by project manager
- Follow Trustpoints on every job
- Keep work area clean and orderly and clean up daily
- Communicate with project manager daily about progress
- Work quickly and efficiently (clients do not want us in their home any longer than needed)
- Must have valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Stellar work ethic
- Able to follow directions without deviating
- Must be able to match colors (cannot be color blind)
- Able to install cabinetry and countertops
- Able to install doors and drawer fronts
- Able to install rollout trays in cabinets
- Able to install all types of trim and cabinet accessories
- Able to accurately modify cabinetry and countertops
- Able to lift up to 70 lbs
- Prior experience in cabinet refacing
- Prior experience in cutting and installing all types of moldings
- Prior experience in drywall repairs/painting
- Prior experience in flooring installation
- Prior experience in tile installation
Growth potential with career path to project management if desired
Compensation dependent on skill set experience and ability to work independently in the field
