The Role
The ideal candidate should have handson experience in test environmentsetup test planning test design test case creation test automation testexecution defect reporting and test closure activities.
The candidate must be proficient in all stages of software testing andwellversed in functional and nonfunctional testing (including availabilityusability and reliability). Experience with testing tools like QTP ALM JiraRally Selenium Robot Framework and Karate is essential.
A strong understanding of Agile methodologies and participation in Agileceremonies is required. The role involves executing SQL queries for datavalidation and collaborating directly with stakeholders throughout the productlifecycle. Regular client interaction for requirements gathering and statusupdates is also a key responsibility.
Primary Skillset
- Extensively used testing tools like QTP ALM Jira and Rally forFunctional and Regression Testing Experienced in tools like Selenium/Robotframework/Karate tools
Secondary Skillset
- ADA testing load testing
Requirements
- 3 to 7 years of experience as a Test Engineer working on webbasedapplications.
- Involved in setting up test environments test planning test designtest case creation test automation test defect reporting teststatus reporting and test closure activities.
- Wellversed in all stages of software testing.
- Extensive experience using testing tools such as QTP ALM Jira andRally for functional and regression testing.
- Handson experience with Selenium Robot Framework and Karate.
- Proficient in Agile methodologies and actively participates in Agileceremonies.
- Experienced in functional and nonfunctional testing including availabilityusability and reliability testing.
- Skilled in executing SQL queries to validate data and ensure successfultransactions.
- Works directly with stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
