Job Description
SUMMARY
We are seeking aspiring leaders who are excited to invest in the Next Generation at Vineyard Cincinnati. This role will begin in September and complete in May to support ministries throughout the school year with an average of 20 hours per week. The ideal candidate is interested in pursuing ministry and desires to gain experience working alongside an intentional staff team. Opportunities will be given to lead plan and execute ministry gatherings and events. We look forward to investing in our interns and preparing them for whatever path God leads them into for their future through an established development plan and regular coaching meetings.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serving in weekly/weekend programming will help utilize personal gifting and grow through new opportunities of leadership
- Coordinate ministry support and leadership opportunities with ministry directors
- Plan and support events and retreats
- Follow VCCs established policy and procedures to ensure safety and responsible engagement with children and students
- Complete all training topics for personal leadership development
