Job Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Consultant to join our dynamic sales team. As a Sales Consultant at Smithtown Nissan you will be responsible for helping customers find the right vehicle for their needs providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the dealerships success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their preferences and needs.
- Conduct product presentations and vehicle demonstrations.
- Respond to customer inquiries and follow up with leads in a timely manner.
- Negotiate vehicle prices and tradein values.
- Close sales and process necessary paperwork.
- Maintain and build customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Previous automotive sales experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Goaloriented with a passion for customer service.
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced teamoriented environment.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
