Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Sales Team Leader with a background in B2B or B2C sales to join our team. If you have 13 years of leadership experience in driving sales teams towards meeting and exceeding targets we want to hear from you!
Role Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve team targets.
- Develop strategies to meet monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to maximize retention and satisfaction.
- Provide regular feedback and training to team members to enhance performance.
Requirements:
- 13 years of leadership experience in a B2B or B2C sales environment.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coach and lead a team effectively.
Salary Package:
- per month based on team target achievement.
