Job Description
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Structural WelderFitter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal structures through the use of welding techniques.
**Qualifications:**
Proven experience as a Structural WelderFitter or similar role
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints
Knowledge of different welding techniques and equipment
Strong attention to detail and precision
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Certification in welding is a plus
**Responsibilities:**
Read and interpret technical drawings to determine the layout of metal components
Use welding equipment and tools to weld and assemble metal parts
Inspect and test welded structures to ensure they meet quality and safety standards
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with welding equipment
Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals
Follow safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe work environment
Excellent attendance is required for this position. You must show up with appropriate tools of your trade.
Subject to drug screen physical and EVerify background check.
This position is outside in the weather involves standing for 10 hr shifts climbing bending kneeling and working at heights.
