Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and resultsdriven Lead Generation Executive to join our team at A2z YOUTHSOLUTION. As a Lead Generation Executive you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads building relationships with potential clients and driving business growth. This is a fulltime position based in Noida Uttar Pradesh India with a junior level of experience required 1 to 3 years).
Qualifications and Skills
- 13 years of experience in lead generation or sales
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong knowledge of the edtech industry
- Experience in B2C lead generation
- Proficiency in English
- Presentable and customerfocused approach
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
- Strong problemsolving and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Roles and Responsibilities
- Research and identify prospective clients within the target market
- Generate leads through various channels including cold calling email marketing and social media
- Qualify leads and set up meetings with potential clients
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion
- Monitor and report on lead generation activities and outcomes
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape
- Ensure timely followup and effective communication with leads
