What Youll Do - Lead dynamic safe and entertaining group fitness classes.
- Build positive relationships with members to inspire ongoing participation.
- Adapt intensity and modify exercises to suit individual needs.
- Stay on top of fitness trends and maintain expertise in anatomy kinesiology and safe exercise practices for active older adults.
What Were Looking For - A current CPR/AED certification.
- Experience or training in working with active older adults.
- A friendly outgoing personality that can light up a room!
- Specialty certifications (like Barre Step Hip Hop or Kick Boxing) are a bonus!
