Job Summary
The BackOffice Middleware team is seeking a skilled Software Engineer to join our agile crossfunctional team in Pune. In this role you will develop and integrate our financial backend and contract management systems while ensuring seamless connectivity with our CRM and other corporate financial platforms. Youll contribute to feature development system enhancements and troubleshooting efforts to maintain highperformance production systems.
What you will do
- Design develop test deploy and maintain integrations for financial and backend systems.
- Work with thirdparty applications and APIs to enhance system capabilities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve defects analyzing root causes and implementing solutions. Assist in maintaining system performance uptime and integrity.
- Write and optimize scripts for system administration (Bash PowerShell etc..
- Perform system performance analysis and capacity planning.
- Participate in incident response to address system failures.
- Provide documentation crosstraining and technical support to team members.
- Continuously improve backoffice systems through automation and process enhancements.
- Estimate development efforts and adhere to project timelines.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry best practices
What you will have
- Strong proficiency in Golang or a similar modern backend programming language.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with RESTful web services.
- Background in objectoriented design coding and unit testing.
- At least 23 years of software development experience.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce NetSuite Apttus or other contract management systems. Familiarity with cloudbased product development.
- Understanding of SSL PKI and securityrelated technologies.
- Handson experience with Docker Kubernetes Git and GitHub.
