Backof House Team Members are the heart of every ChickfilA restaurant. Taking pride in crafting quality food from fresh ingredients ensures our guests are always wanting more. Whether you are wrapping a sandwich in a foil bag assembling a fresh salad or hand breading our chicken the work you do matters.The fast paced environment of ChickfilA is very exciting andwe believe that hard work done with friends is the most rewarding thing someone can do.
Team Member Responsibilities:
- Continually clean workstations to always maintain a clean work environment
- Follow food safety and workplace safety standards at all times
- Follow recipes and standards for producing quality food in small batches at a quick pace
- Work with urgency throughout your shift to serve guests as fast as possible
- Responsible for assembling orders accurately and communicating well with all coworkers
- Deep clean the restaurant regularly following lists and leadership direction
- Take initiative to improve the restaurants culture and processes
- Take all breaks as provided by Leaders in the restaurant
