Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Tableau BI Developer with 7 years of experience to join our team and help transform data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing interactive and visually appealing Tableau dashboards and reports. This individual will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and deliver highquality datadriven solutions.Design develop and maintain Tableau reports dashboards and visualizations that provide meaningful insights for business teams.Collaborate with business users and data analysts to gather requirements and translate them into Tableau reporting solutions.Create complex calculations dynamic filters parameters and data visualizations to represent business data effectively.Integrate data from multiple sources such as SQL databases spreadsheets cloud platforms and thirdparty APIs into Tableau.Optimize performance of Tableau workbooks and dashboards for faster processing and realtime data access.Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing rigorous data validation and quality assurance processes.Develop and maintain Tableau Server/Online deployments including managing user access and security settings.Provide training and support to endusers to ensure effective utilization of Tableau reports and dashboards.Troubleshoot and resolve Tableaurelated issues related to performance data quality or user access.Stay updated with the latest Tableau features best practices and trends in Business Intelligence and data visualization
